Custom Scale shall strive to deliver the service and value that meet or exceed the customer’s requirements. When required by customer contract, services, sales, calibration performed by Custom Scale shall always be carried out in accordance with the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025:2005, stated standardized methods and customer’s requirements. Custom Scale Management commits to good professional practice and quality service to our customers in our sales, rental, calibration and repair service. This policy is carried out and implemented on all services provided by Custom Scale, and at all levels in the organization.
